At Guac Boxx LLC 3D Printing & More, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide
high-quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Custom vs. Pre-Made Items
Some of our items are made-to-order and some are pre-made. Made-to-order products are created specifically for you and may take longer to process. Pre-made products are already in stock and ready to ship.

2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products and the nature of 3D printing in general, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We may offer a replacement or partial refund based on the specific case.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as production may have already begun.

5. Shipping Issues
Guac Boxx LLC 3D Printing & More is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. We will, however, assist you in filing claims with the carrier when applicable.
